i’ve gotten a roll and i love it.
@4 days agonone of the images on this blog are of me or taken by me. this blog does not seek to define any standard of beauty. it seeks only to inspire those who are trying to reach weight loss goals. some of the content on this blog is accepting of less healthy methods of weight loss. this blog neither condemns nor condones eating disorders.
inspirationm0tivation asked: If you really want or need to lose weight you should be able to tell you parents and they will help by only making food for you that is healthy, fruit and veg. And you can't tell them it's because you are worried about their reactions and therefore do NOT need to lose weight. lastly.. THROWING AWAY UNTOUCHED FOOD?! Just think about all of those starving children who would kill for a bite of insect free food. Germ free drink. Please, just don't continue to be so selfish!
FOLLOWERS TAKE NOTE: IF YOU THROW AWAY FOOD, PLEASE SEND IT TO THE STARVING CHILDREN.
They’ll eat moldy bread. You throw that shit away you selfish ass.
They’ll eat that calzone you dropped on the ground.
egyptianlights asked: Since when did being twenty mean that you know everything about life? That girl is silly. I'm also twenty-two and have done the hiding of the food bit. I know that not eating is unhealthy but the way I see it, it's your life and I'm sure that you know your limits. I'm not encouraging starvation by any means but you are perfectly capable of making your own decisions :)
LOVE THIS.
I myself have never hidden food (which i allude to in the beginning of the post she referred to) but this is a blog that encourages motivation for any and all weight loss goals, healthy or unhealthy. I thought this was made clear enough where anybody who objects to this philosophy would navigate away from this blog, but what do I know, I’m probably drunk since I’m over 21.
inspirationm0tivation asked: Quite enjoying your blog, until I reached the ask about hiding not eating. And reading the response you gave. About making food, taking it upstairs and hiding it. Getting rid of food your parents have made for you etc etc. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. If you want to lose weight you do it HEALTHILY, not by NOT eating. This won't make you lose weight because as soon as you start eating again it'll all pile back on. And if you don't start eating again you'll die. Believe me, I'm 20 years old and know this.
I’m 22? Congratulations on being born in the early nineties?

Anonymous asked: okay, what would you say be the most healthiest way to lose weight? lets say before the 23rd of Feb?
nutritionists might tell you that if you keep your calories around 1400 per day add 30 minutes a day of rigorous cardio exercise and keep the food you are eating high in nutrition, think fruits and veggies, fish, low sodium, unsaturated fat like olive oils etc. you should expect to healthfully lose (and genuinely lose as well, not just fluctuated water weight) about 5-10 lbs by the end of february if you are currently overweight or on the heavier end of normal for your BMI. this is basically the diet prescription for a “healthy” lifestyle in general and is what most healthcare professionals will advise you stick to even when you are not trying to lose weight (though you would probably want to add about 600 calories to the 1400 mark). However, this method will not show you the fastest results nor will it help you lose much weight if you are “normal” for your BMI.
